• You can choose to act it live or video tape it.

• Your video/presentation should be approximately 10 minutes.

Option 2: Hamlet Photo Comic Strip (6-8 pages)

• Using still images, create a comic strip that outlines the main plot of Hamlet in modern English with a modern setting and characters.

• You will be required to photograph and organize your images, add text and graphics to create a comic strip version of the play.

Option 3:  Individual Newspaper Project
Create a newspaper covering the details of the play.

  • Choose 3 Sections of a Newspaper (Editorial, World News, Human Interest, Travel or other sections)
  • All articles must pertain to the play (for example, a World News article could report on the troubles with Norway, a Human Interest story may deal with the marriage of the king, or the arrival of Rosencrantz and Guildenstern etc.) You may embellish details.
  • Write a minimum of 2 articles per section (6 articles total)
  • Choose two items from the following list to include in your paper: obituaries, classified ads, crossword puzzle, word search, comic strips, advertisements.
